The SRRA holds an annual meeting of members to transact Association business. This event is usually held in November of each year and participants:
- Receive the President’s report, which summarizes key achievements and acknowledgements.
- Receive a report from the Treasurer including a summary of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Report for the previous financial year. The Auditors for the ensuing year are appointed at that time.
- Consider and confirm (as appropriate) any special resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors.
- Transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
