Annual Meetings

The SRRA holds an annual meeting of members to transact Association business. This event is usually held in November of each year and participants:

Receive the President’s report, which summarizes key achievements and acknowledgements.
Receive a report from the Treasurer including a summary of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Report for the previous financial year. The Auditors for the ensuing year are appointed at that time.
Consider and confirm (as appropriate) any special resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors.
Transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
