Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Members of the South Rosedale Residents’ Association

Registration 6:00-7:00 P.M. / AGM commences @ 7:00 P.M.

Business to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will include the report of the President on behalf of the Board of Directors; consideration of the SRRA’s financial statements for the fiscal years ended August 31, 2021 and August 31, 2022; the appointment of auditors; the election of Directors and other business that may be brought before the AGM.
Members will be updated on SRRA activities and community issues including recent high rise development proposals on Yonge St.; ongoing activities to protect the neighbourhood’s heritage character; the planned Don Valley GO Train Layover; the Yonge St. bike lanes; ravine improvement projects; and other matters. A question and answer period, and an informal reception with refreshments, will follow.
Members attending the AGM who have not yet paid the membership fees for the fiscal period ended August 31, 2022 are required to remit payment prior to the AGM or at the door.
Members are entitled to appoint, by written proxy, another member or a non-member to exercise the voting rights of the member. A proxy must be deposited with the Secretary of the AGM before the AGM commences. A form of proxy is provided below.
Nominations for the election of directors, other than those proposed by the Nominating Committee, must be received via email at info@southrosedale.org prior to the AGM.

2022 Annual Membership Fees
If you have not yet renewed or joined as a member of the South Rosedale Residents’ Association (SRRA) for 2022, we encourage you to do so in advance of the Sept. 14, 2022 Annual General Meeting. If you have previously sent payment, please accept our thanks for your support.
Please note that paid up membership is required for attendance and participation at the AGM.

- Bring a cheque payable to South Rosedale Residents’ Association to the Sept. 14 AGM (7pm at Toronto Lawn Tennis Club).
