The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the South Rosedale Residents’ Association will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club.
The AGM will include:
- Updates on SRRA activities
- Treasurer’s report and review of the SRRA’s financial statements
- Election of directors
- Guest speaker: Didi Cameron, founder of Digital Neighborhood Watch
Didi Cameron, the founder of an online Neighborhood Watch program in Lawrence Park that has recently been adopted in South Rosedale, will address the AGM. Cameron will describe how the program connects neighbours effectively and safely to help police to solve crimes and apprehend criminals.
A reception will follow the AGM.
Membership Fees: Members who have not yet paid their 2019 membership fees are asked to remit payment prior to the AGM. Dues can also be paid at the AGM registration.
Election of Directors: Nominations for the election of directors, other than those proposed by the Nominating Committee, must be received by the Corporation via email at info@southrosedale.org at least five days prior to the date of the AGM.
