Motion Regarding Dale Avenue Development Proposal
SRRA Board of Directors meeting, Nov. 9, 2017
Be it resolved that:
Whereas the Board of Directors of the South Rosedale Residents’ Association has reviewed the revised plans submitted to the City of Toronto on Sept. 1, 2017 for the proposed development at 5, 7 and 9 Dale Avenue, and has considered, among other things, community input at the 2016 SRRA annual general meeting, the recommendations of the SRRA Dale Avenue Subcommittee, and community input at the November 6, 2017 community meeting and via various other forms of communication, the SRRA board resolves that the aforementioned development is unacceptable and authorizes the SRRA president to advise the City of Toronto of the Association’s opposition to the proposed development.
